Package Your Item
Securely pack the products in their original box and include all tags, labels, and the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.
Ship or Drop-off
Hand over the package to our authorized courier partner during pickup or visit any Ndure flagship store for an instant exchange.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
